WHY CHOOSE MACHINE MMA OVER OTHERS?

Having fought all around the world, taking British and world titles and fighting 6 times in the most prestigious MMA event, the UFC, Ian has decided to pass on his skills to his students and open a MMA & Fitness gym fulltime.

Having everything under one roof, there is no need to join other gyms and pay double memberships. We are here to help with free fitness, diet and training advice. Some of the top athletes in the world have came to Ian Freeman to train them, now you have him on your doorstep to train you.

It doesn't matter if your a serious athlete or just want to keep fit with fun, Machine MMA & Fitness Centre is for you. It's fun, affordable and shown to you by experts in their field. Dont make training a chore, make it enjoyable and join now !

The Premises will have a MMA store on the ground floor selling all MMA fight apparel such as NRG fuel, Tapout, UFC, Affliction, Machine Wear and many more top brand names. On the first floor above the shop, will be a cardio room with treadmills, rowers, steppers, bikes, weights machines, dumbbells and kettlebells. Adjacent to the cardio room will be 150m2 of matting for MMA and a 20ft professional cage.

The MMA shop will be open from 9am till 5pm and the Cardio and MMA gym will be open from 9am till 9pm Monday to Saturday.

The Cardio and weights room will be open from 9am till 9pm and you can call in anytime to use the cardio or weights machines, but Keep Fit classes and MMA classes will vary from day to day (see Machine time table).

We will have classes for 6yrs to 15yrs – Mini Machines, 16yrs and over – Team Machine. Both male and female are welcome but all classes are mixed, both men and women will train in the same class, although girls will be partnered with girls and boys partnered with boys where available.
